I am a member of INS since January 2017. Before I started here, I have worked in the field of computational fluid dynamics. I obtained my Master's degree in 2011 from Charles University in Prague, where I have worked on parallelization of Discontinuous Galerking method for compressible flows. After that, I followed with my doctoral studies at Czech Technical University in Prague, focusing on the problems of computational modeling of microscale atmospheric flows and pollution dispersion.
Now I continue to use the tools of computational modeling, but in the field of neuroscience, where my focus is on the problems of modeling epilepsy.
